[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Das Unternehmen GLN versammelte seine Mitarbeiter und Familien am ersten GLN Tag. Diese Veranstaltung fand am vergangenen 17. September 2017 in den R\u00e4umlichkeiten in Maceira statt.<\/p>\n

Der Tag begann mit einer Teambuilding-Aktivit\u00e4t, die f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter nur morgens angedacht war, wo Gruppendynamik und Vertrauensspiele realisiert wurden und indem die GLN-Werte und der Teamgeist im Rahmen des Programms \u201cOrganisatorische Ausrichtung\u201d, das im Jahr 2017 stattfand, gest\u00e4rkt wurden. Als die Aktivit\u00e4t beendet wurde, wurden die Teams „Team noch Kreativer“, „Team noch Unterhaltsamer“ und „Team noch Effektiver“ honoriert.<\/p>\n

Es folgte das \u00fcbliche gemeinschaftliche Mittagessen der Mitarbeiter und Familienmitglieder. W\u00e4hrend des Mittagessens gaben die Hauptmusikgruppe des Philharmonischen Vereins Maceirense und die Trommelgruppe T\u00f3candar aus Marinha Grande kurze Auftritte, wodurch auch die Verbindungen zur Gemeinde gefestigt wurden. Das Mittagessen wurde auch vom B\u00fcrgermeister von Leiria, Dr. Ra\u00fal Castro, besucht.<\/p>\n

Der Nachmittag verging w\u00e4hrend der traditionellen Spiele f\u00fcr Erwachsene, der Animation f\u00fcr die Kinder und den Momenten der Feststimmung und GLN-Energie. Auch in diesem Jahr endete der Tag mit dem \u00fcblichen Besuch der Werke, wobei die G\u00e4ste auch die Einrichtungen von Marinha Grande besuchen konnten, einschlie\u00dflich der neuen Kunststoffspritzgiessanlage mit der zweiten Kapselnproduktionslinie f\u00fcr Delta Caf\u00e9s.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
